6 Sources of stress



Last week I was suffering from the worst neck pain I've ever experienced. I didn't have a sore throat but drinking water and eating food was unbearable. I am on the other side of it now but it had a huge effect on my energy, focus, and my buttons were super easy to push, too.


When we experience phsyical pain, we don't get enough sleep, we're dehydrated or haven't eaten well it effects our energy and ultimately our stress level. There is a physical component to stress. There are many ways to decrease stress and raise energy using physicality as well. For example, you could exercise, take a nap, or get a massage to name a few. 


The physical component is possibly the most well know of the 6 sources of stress. One of the ways that I work with clients to raise energy and confidence and decrease stress is by looking at the 6 sources of stress. Here's the secret, each source of stress is also a source of energy if you figure out how to get it to work for you instead of against you.
