Cancellation Policy

Please make any changes with 24 hours advance notice. With less than 24hrs until the appointment, a cancellation will result in a late cancellation/no-show fee of $50. The card you entered to make a booking will be charged automatically. To cancel or reschedule: 1. Login to teamsengineering.com with the email you created the appointment with. -Here is a link https://www.teamsengineering.com/account/my-bookings. 2. Use the My Account drop down and click My Bookings 3. You should see a list of appointments. Click the Manage button next to the appointment you'd like to change and either cancel or reschedule the appointment Please respond to the booking confirmation email if you have trouble with the system.
