It's understandabe that schedules can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. To manage our time effectively and ensure availability for all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel a session. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the card on file will automatically be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. Additionally, if a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, they will be charged a $50 no-show fee.

 

If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a session AND have not communicated with the coach, this will be considered a no-show and the card on file will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
