Avoid Seasonal FOMO

Here in Colorado, we had our first snow this week after a heat wave with temperatures in the high 90's. The weather was a bit dramatic in my opinion, but what else would you expect from 2020? It is a good reminder that fall is almost here and winter is coming.

Were you able to create some fun experiences this summer? A sentiment I've heard a lot lately is "where did the summer go?" It's very common to fall into a groove and feel like time is slipping by. Plus, if your friends are like my friends and they are posting all of their adventures on social media, it's natural to experience some regret at not doing everything everyone else did this summer. After all, it looks like so much fun.

As a coach, I help people remove blocks, raise energy, and create personal action plans. In this video I share a planning strategy that helps to reduce what I call seasonal FOMO (fear of missing out). With this technique you can feel like you're back in the driver's seat instead of going through the motions.
